We Accept Most Major Insurance Plans
Dental Group Orthodontics works with a wide range of insurance providers so more Amarillo families can access the care they need.
We are out of network with any Tricare plans.

Patient Billing
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We deliver quality orthodontic care at a reasonable cost, so payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please call our office and our team will be happy to help clear up any misunderstanding.
Please note that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a monthly statement, and most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect an insurance payment within that time frame, please give us a call. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility, and we appreciate your prompt payment.
Financing Options for Orthodontic Treatment
We understand that orthodontic treatment can be an unexpected cost, which is why we offer two financing options to help make care more affordable. Financing does require an initial consultation with our office to diagnose your treatment needs and formulate a treatment plan. If you have not yet had a consultation, please call our office before applying for financing.
In-House Financing
We offer flexible in-house payment plans consisting of an initial down payment followed by monthly payments throughout treatment.
Patients may apply for an orthodontic financing loan through Amarillo National Bank. Most qualifying patients are eligible for up to 24 months with no interest, subject to credit approval and the bank's financing terms.
We also accept CareCredit and offer a 24-month deferred-interest financing option for qualifying patients, subject to CareCredit's approval and terms.
